Janice Wong, voted Asia’s best pastry chef for the last 2 years in a row, has set up a pop restaurant in Melbourne over the last two nights, and we are proud to have supplied her one of our AFINOX All-In-One Blast Chillers & Shock Freezers to utilise during her brief stay.

Janice uses our AFINOX Blast Chiller in the creation of many of her desserts, but none is as impressive as her signature dish, the ‘Cassis Plum’, a complex dish, with many different techniques and ingredients, this magnificent dessert looks absolutely delicious.

With numerous blast freezing cycles involved in it’s creation, Janice has perfected the art of incorporating our AFINOX All-In-One into her kitchen processes, to not just enhance her efficiencies in cooking/preparation time, but also the delivery of a superior product to her customers.
